Abstract EN

This study aims to show the relationship between the effects of variables which is inflation, oil prices, interest rates on the real exchange rate in Algeria, Focusing on the last oil crisis in 2014 and the most important effects of the economic variables of the Algerian economy, The study concluded that the volatility of economic variables contributes to the fluctuation of the value of the dinar, On the practical side, we concluded that there is a long relationship between the real exchange rate variable and oil prices, inflation rates and interest, as explained by the error correction model.
