The monitor on the discipline punishment is different due to the party which issued this punishment, according to lawful system.

Thus, the appeal is regarded as a claim offered to the authority which prescribed this punishment, or to the presidential authority.

This kind of monitor is called the administrative monitor which should be taken by the administration itself.

We have another type of monitor which is called the legal (Law) monitor.

Which considered the appeal to cancel the conduct punishment or compensation or both of them.

And both the administrative and law monitor in order to keep on working with the principle of legality.
