Abstract EN

The article Treat the limits of the control administrative justice in Algeria and practiced by the major powers in the field of public procurement disputes in order to protect public funds and the rationalization of public expenditures, although the regulatory legislator wishing to provide a system balanced to maintain public funds through the rationalization of public spending, but prejudice the rules and procedures the conclusion and execution of public contracts remains an inevitable result, it was therefore necessary to ensure the control of the validity of the application provisions of the law of public markets.
