Abstract EN
The lengthening and the shortening of the vocal phenomena, which are famous for the readings as a whole; for purely acoustic purposes, the lengthening to prolong the time of sound with the letter, more than the amount of natural lengthening for reasons known to readers, and it is not a letter or movement; that: it does not change the meaning of the word , But adds to it rhetorical dimensions, but the shortening is the word of the character with leaving that increase, and keep the natural tide unchanged.
The aim of the lengthening and the shortening is to ensure the confusion by reading them, by showing the sounds to their reality, avoiding the voice over another, and to keep the sound of the softness and height, so as not to be affected by the proximity of the hamza , These audio dimensions in itself played a rhetorical role, and suggested meanings of words before we translate it linguistically.
