Abstract EN

This study aims to highlight the importance of the stock market of the Small and Medium Enterprise in Algeria, which was developed in the stock market reforms in 2012; and the possible role of playing a role in the development of the capital market in Algeria, we concluded that the establishment of the market for small and medium-sized enterprises in Algeria is a step in the right direction for the development of the stock market on the one hand, and to enable these companies to obtain concessional financing, and benefit from the advantages granted in particular by the promoter in the stock market, and the benefit of exempting from tax; on the other hand.

it all depends on the success of the stock market to meet the requirements of its activation.
