Abstract EN

The concept of TQM is one of the modern concepts in management.

Its aim is to improve performance and develop it continuously through the organization's response to the client's requirements.

It includes the quality of the raw material or the good quality, and focuses on the quality; Number of pieces produced during a certain period.

It can be concluded from the above that the quality is related to the expectations of the client and his perspective on the product, by comparing the actual performance of products (goods or services) and expectations of the product, if the final specifications of the product is consistent with the expectations of customers can say that the product has achieved the quality goal.
