The immigration of Amorites was considered a huge event in the ancient Near East.

Amorities were a large nation of Semitic nations who settled different parts of Levant since early ages.

they represent the first wave of Semitic who came to Syria.

Their existence contributed in making them dealing with great civilizations then.

This research focuses on the origin of naming the Amorties, their immigration, their origin homeland in the Arabian peninsula, their rising Levant land, their settlement, and how they represented a threat to many countries then.

This paper also shows a glimpse of some of their civilized life.

It ends with the important results it has reached.
