Alienation is a psychological feeling inherent to man, which appears if he has reasons and factors.

When the self collides with a reality that is not suitable for her life and desires or contradicts what she wants to reach, she feels sadness and pain, which brings her to loneliness and alienation.

Therefore, the alienation was part of the life of Ibn Shahid because of personal motives represented by the deafness and blackness of his skin, his illness, and other social problems, which were the result of the many imams around him and the experience of the prison he passed through.
