The study of the type of relationship between work women and fertility and the detection the impact and the influence in each other of important studies in the field of population science, where discussions on fertility are currently receiving greater attention at the international and local levels than in the past and explains the intensity of this attention intensive efforts Which are shown by international bodies and governments, the direction of scientific studies and research on fertility is new, because this variable has a direct impact on the economic, social and political environment of society and the individual.

This study is intended to analyze the phenomenon of fertility and its relation to women's work in regulate to explain the most important changes that have taken place in the Algerian family, which have a significant impact on the decline in fertility levels.

The reason for the decline in demographic growth is generally made up of all changes in social and the discipline of individuals by the desire of a little number of children in their families on the basis of the problem that the work of women affects fertility Since the participation of women in the external employment has brought about significant changes in the fertility movement and family structure.

Women who work outside the home have less time to take care of their children and consequently less desire to form a large family in terms of the number of children.

The exit of women to work contributes to changing roles within the family and attitudes and behaviors.
