The government provides a big budget for the health sector so people would have their right in having a good health.

In the recent years, there has been more concern about reproductive health because it is one of the essential rights like the right for sexual and physical health, the right for food and education, and any violation to these rights affects the one of the reproductive health.

The right for a reproductive health is not restricted to married couples only, but it is a right every young person must have before marriage.

The terrifying recent results for gang rapes and forced pregnancy in Rwanda, Yugoslavia and Darfor and other countries made the international community consider inserting an international criminal protection for the right of reproductive health by convicting every act against this right and punishment in the basic regulation of the international criminal court.

For everyone to have a right for the reproductive health, countries and international associations must work together and it takes a huge awareness from the individuals, families, and society because it is one of the essential human rights.Through our study, we attempt to point out the most important violations on the right for the reproductive health during the national and international armed struggles, and to tackle the law adjusting for those violations depending on the basic regulation of the international criminal court.
