This study aims to demonstrate the important Algerian constitutionally adjustment for the year 2016 in the domain of the rights and the freedoms…it contains also all the process of inventing the constitutionally organizations and the procedure of its preservation of course in the field of the rights and the freedoms.

thus, the new constitutionalize in a part of the rights and the freedoms in order to clearing the constitutionally adjustment for the year 2016, to draw up if there is any advantage or regress in rights and freedoms area.
