English Abstract

E-commerce offers the consumer everything he needs quickly, easily and less costly, she became the best way shopping in the developed countries, also payment methods developed the traditional ones, known since antiquity as payment cash and check to electronic payment more appropriate to the nature of e-commerce such as e-money, e-checks and electronic wallet, to complement this type of trade and make it more convenient and the nature of the digital economy.

However, the development of technologies and the creation of e-commerce have led to the emergence of a new type of crime more dangerous than ordinary crimes, the cybercrimes is very difficult to detect them because the criminal if cybercrime are remotely using an automated electronic media and networking devices, to easily capturing funds, and consumer electronic is the victim.

States began to enact laws and regulations adapted to the nature of e-commerce to provide legal protection for the electronic consumer; in addition they are other ways to protect the sophisticated shopper from being a victim of piracy or electronic crime.
