Abstract EN

This research paper regarding the importance of the management of solid urban waste, which is a major cause of environmental pollution, especially with the increase in consumption and demographic growth and the multiplicity of forms of waste involved in the environment, which requires the development of legal mechanisms and structures and institutions working on routers, and employing communication as a tool to activate the efforts to eradicate the problem waste with involvement of citizens in the state's policies, and make them aware of environmentally and encourage them to work for the good functioning, and in this context, we review the experience of Algeria in the field of management of solid urban waste in order to achieve a clean environment and a better life in the light of what is available from the legal framework and human and material potential.
