إن التطورات التي شهدتها وسائل الإعلام في العقدين الأخيرين بفعل الأقمار الصناعية والشبكة العالمية للاتصالات شبكة الأنترنت، أفرز ظاهرة جديدة من أبرز مظاهرها الصحافة الالكترونية، الأمر الذي أدى إلى ظهور اتجاهات إعلامية معاصرة في مجال الممارسة الإعلامية والبحث العلمي الإعلامي.
ونحن في هذه الورقة البحثية سنسلط الضوء على الممارسة الإعلامية لفهم المستجدات التي أحدثتها التطورات التكنولوجية على مستوى عناصر العملية الااتصالية من مرسل ورسالة ووسيلة ومستقبل، ليظهر في الأفق مفهوم الصحفي الالكتروني، التحرير الصحفي الالكتروني، التصميم الصحفي الالكتروني والجمهور الالكتروني.
Abstract EN
Developments in the massmedia during the last two decades thanks to satellites and the emergence of the World Wide Web, have created a new phenomenon which is the electronic media, that led to modern media practice and scientific research.
In this research paper we will try to highlight the new practice of the media to understand the technological developments in the elements of the communication process, the transmitter, the message, the code, and the receiver, in order to evoke the emergence of the concepts of the electronic press, the electronic journalist, the electronic editorial, the production of electronic journalism and the electronic public.

Les développements dans les médias pendant les deux dernières décennies grâceaux satellites et àl’émergence des communications internet via le web, ont produit un nouveau phénomène médiatique, à savoir : la presse électronique .Cela a entrainél’apparition de nouvelles tendances médiatiques dans le domaine de la pratique médiatique et la recherche scientifique.
Dans cet article, nous allons essayer de mettre en évidence la nouvelle pratique des médias pour comprendre les développements technologiques au niveau des éléments du processus de communication, de l’émetteur, du message, du code, et du récepteur, à fin d’évoquerl’apparition des concepts de Presse électronique , du Journaliste électronique, de l’éditoriale électronique, production du journalisme électronique et du public électronique.
