تقييم الآثار الخارجية لإنتاج الكهرباء : حالة الجزائر

Abstract EN

This study aims to demonstrate the significant external effects of electricity production, and to try to calculate and evaluate it in order to stem or limit its negative consequences; and also in order to take it into consideration in our economic calculations and to elaborate the appropriate policies.

Our study highlights the externalities of the production of electrical energy, considered as the basis of the evaluation of the negative effects engendered by this productive activity having a very high cost, which leads to the deterioration of the well-being of the individual and of the whole society difficult to pin down.

The aim is to find the best ways to deal with this problem integrate them and take them into account in the economic forecasts of these producing companies.
