To meet the needs of the housing and construction sector, the development and diversification of housing offerings should be extended, as well as intervention in execution and financing, opening the way for real estate developers while activating the granting of loans, knowing the legal and technical status of real estate.
Under Law 07-02, the legislator introduced a new mechanism to conduct a real estate investigation to activate the process of purification of real estate related to the seizure and transfer of private real estate titles.
