The development of human resources management in Islamic banks is imposed by the need to keep pace with the expansion and growth of their activities, which have led to an increase in their qualitative and quantitative needs in human resources to cover the needs of their expansion strategy and their ability to be competitive on world markets.

Giving Islamic banks the necessary importance to evaluate the performance of human resources as one of the most important functions of human resources management will have positive results in terms of the performance of these banks, their managers and staff who work there, as they can cover their qualitative and quantitative needs in various vacant and newly created jobs, and raise the performance level of their human resources in the different areas imposed by the banking environment in which it operates and the level of his current human resources capacities in various aspects, and the evaluation function will allow them to identify the negative and positive aspects of the policies adopted by the organization in terms of employment and human resources management
