Abstract EN

This paper aims to highlight the imbalances that health system in Algeria is suffering of, in order to put a diagnosis of the current situation and justify the reforms the Ministry has initiated.

This necessitates to adapt to this new reality the health system is witnessing in the economic, social and political levels.

As along with the demographic, epidemiological, technological and globalization transformations that force us to abandon old behaviors and adapt to current health transformations.
