The customer knowledge management is a new knowledge field which emerged due to the business organizations' transformation at the turn of this century.
Where, it is widely spread because the attention of the customer's interests is increased; the matter which considered as a rich source of knowledge.
The study seeks to highlight to what extent the Algerian Public Banks are interested in applying the customer knowledge management.
To reach the aim, we conducted a survey which consisted of a distribution of a questionnaire on a sample of these banks' employees.
The study concluded that the investigated sample was interested in customer knowledge management, and applied it in varying degrees.
