The linguistic lesson taught serious attempts to develop in the light of the comprehensive cognitive change witnessed by the linguistic lesson at the present time, and as a result, the Arabic language lesson gave the Western learners a lot of the foundations on which they built their theories and their modern approaches, as reached by the Arabic linguistic lesson - development, maturity and completion through Centuries of research, study and survey.

Many Arab innovators, headed by Michel Zakaria, also drew their views from modern Western approaches.Accordingly, this study will attempt to highlight the concept of "Michel Zakaria" of the Arabic sentence in the light of the transformational approach.
