The study aims calendar to program of students counseling and guidance, and Determine the list of professional preparation standard that must be provided in their university program, and disclosed, to achieve the study aims, a list of professional preparation standard has been built, and convert them into a program content analysis questionnaire, after confirmed its validity and reliability, and by using statistical methods(equation holsty, Duplicates and percentages), The study reached list of professional preparation criteria for students counseling and guidance, included 63 indicators divided into 03 criteria: the cognitive Standard (17 indicators), and the Emotional Standard (14 indicators), and the Skills Standard (32 indicators).

The cognitive standard provide in the program by medium degree, and the emotional standard provide degree weak, and the skill standard provide degree few.
