Abstract EN

The purpose of this study is to describe the outsourcing strategy, and to examine its role in enhancing the competitiveness of countries through the study of the Indian experience.

We have used the descriptive, analytic approach to describe the outsourcing strategy and analyze some of the available statistics and reports that reflect the reality of this strategy in India.

The study found that: the outsourcing strategy enabling India to improve its competitiveness and realize remarkable rates of economic growth through the main advantages that this strategy offers.

India has achieved this by focusing on the human resources, where it has been able to form workers in the information technology sector with distinctive language capabilities and a high level of competence and skill.
