Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the degree of administrative empowerment of school leaders in the administration of Mecca education and its relationship to achieve organizational excellence from the point view of school leaders.

The descriptive approach was used.

The study population consisted of (487) leaders, the sample of the study was (220) leaders, and applied a questionnaire of (58) item, distributed in two axes.

The results showed that the degree of administrative empowerment of the leaders of the schools of the Department of Education Mecca was medium with mean of (3.36).

And they were no significant statistical differences at the level of significanceα ≤0.05 of the domains of the variables of the stage and scientific qualification, abut there were significant statistical differences on the variable of experience in favor of the category less than 10 years.

The results indicated that the level of achievement of organizational excellence was high, with mean of (3.82), and there were no statistically significant differences on the variables of (educational level, qualification, & experience.

The results also showed a positive correlation between administrative empowerment and organizational discrimination.

The study recommended a number of recommendations, including: empowering leaders in the field of professional growth through training and registration in graduate programs, and maintaining the high level of organizational excellence in schools.
