Abstract EN

The current study aimed to investigate the relationship between psychological immunity and job satisfaction of some of special education teachers in which the descriptive approach was used.

The sample consisted of (89) teachers of special education in the Sultanate (Al Amal School for the Deaf, Intellectual Education School and the Omar Bin Al Khattab Institute for the Blind).

The study used psychological immunity and job satisfaction as its basic criteria.

The results showed that there was a positive relationship between psychological immunity and job satisfaction among the study sample.

The results also showed that there were no differences in the averages of psychological immunity and job satisfaction among special education teachers due to the variables of the type of student disability and years of experience.
