المستوى العام للبرامج الحوارية السياسية و الاجتماعية في الفضائيات السورية : دراسة ميدانية على عينة من طلبة جامعة دمشق

Abstract EN

This research aimed at knowing the general level of talk show political and social programs on Syrian channels.

The inventory of the talk show political, and social program was designed.

It consisted of (34) items distributed in three dimensions which were , the nature of programs, the followed style of presenting programs, and the presenter skills .

The research sample consisted of (389) male and female students who were chosen randomly from theoretical and applied faculties at Damascus university.

They were selected from ( information technology engineering, dentistry, education, and media).

Averages, percentage , single variance analysis and testing were used to manipulate information.

Results of the statistical work showed that the mentioned programmes didn't reach the required level and they sufferd from clear weakness in production and experience.

Results of research hypotheses indicated the following: 1- There were differences of statistical significance at the level of (0.05= between the mean scores of the students sample on the inventory statements due to the variable of faculty (theoretical, practical) in favour of the theoretical faculty.

2- There were differences of statistical significance at the level of (0.05= between the average of students sample on the inventory statements due to the gender variable (male and female) in favour of males.
