Loans and credits portfolio is considered as one of the most important commercial bank’s liabilities and Their revenue represents the greatest part of the incomes, for this reason, we find that the latter gives much important to the price that should be received from the clients.

This study aims at shedding light on the way commercial banks set up their prices for their credits facilities, focussing on expenses as on of the most important elements which would permit the distinguishing of the bank
