Abstract EN

This article aims to show the great values adopted by the NGOs, which could be sum up in a participative philosophy with the rest of actors of the International Relations, with a focus on the variety of opportunities offered by the global governance approach to this actors.

The articles also attempts to present the different ways used by the NGOs to reconcile its humanitarian engagements with the general, abstracted and interested nature of the common interests on a side and the interne and externe juridical restrictions on the other side in the international system.

Finally the article observes the interactions and relations and the capacity of NGOs to reserve and prouve its position in the IR arena.
