The ironic argumentation is a type of the argumentative discourse that has all the elements making it a successful and influential argumentation because the irony attracts, in general, the human psyche and it has the ability to convince the receiver of the opinion carried out by the speech.
The poem "Tall dwarves " of the poet Ahmed Matar, is an appropriate model of the ironic argumentation in the poetic discourse.
