Abstract EN

The Algerian Educational System worked hard to improve the outcomes ans the acquistion of the learners in the different educational tasks in the three stages(primary, middle, secondary).

So, it rerevised all the elements of the educational process focusing on the programmes and curriculums.

The educational authority worked to update and renew that programmes through what is known " the second generation" Though the Algerian educational system worked to improve school life, it failed as the Algerian schoools witnessed a big degradation in reading skill especially in the middle stage.

The leaner weakness in reading can obviously be observed by teachers because some learners can read neither letters nor words that fact which put them in difficulties to acquire knowledge whether in the middle stage or in the coming one.
