Abstract EN

The present study aimed to analyze the qualitative and quantitative orientations in the outputs of Algerian higher education from the faculty members point of views at the the Faculty of Economic, Commerce and Management Sciences Faculty in Constantine University (2), because it is one of the Algerian universities attracting students.

To achieve this aim, the analytical descriptive approach was adopted in this study and the simple random sample consisted of 50 teachers.

The results show that there are quantitative orientations on outputs of Higher Education in the university.

There is a marginal qualitative orientation.

In the light of these results, some pedagogical implications are suggested to help improve the output of Algerian universities.
