The successive linguistics studies which took Tamazight language and its variations as a subject since the 19th century did not take in consideration the importance of its social dimension of this language used in North Africa since late historical epochs, but instead focused on aspects of the theory that not depart from the scope of the ABSTRACTION, and no one expect achieving some things good for the community, especially because the language is beyond being just a tool of communication between its members.

This article discusses the enormous potential offered by modern language studies on the light of the sociolinguistics to solve problems that still beset Tamazight modeled on the creation of a common language is one that transcends the diversities, choose the appropriate graph, and inclusion of Amazigh in the educational system, etc.

Its widely agreed that the language of social humanitarian phenomenon par excellence and is considered one of the most serious social phenomena, the position of the users are not different from the attitude to religion, customs and traditions and the way of living in the society in which they live.

It is imperative to study the human being to study their language, as it is not possible to identify this object outside the field of language, as all what is happening in this world, whether we like it or not linked to language.

The reliance on sociolinguistics in the linguistic field, especially in the Amazigh language become is inevitable today, so that it is impossible to ignore what this modern science has achieved in the western societies in a short period not exceeding 60 years in the areas of Pure and Applied.

Meanwhile; “traditional" Linguistics was not interested or unable to provide solutions to the problems of linguistic minorities, as a result it could degenerate into social, political and cultural problems if it has received insufficient attention, especially if exploited by the parties to the aims to sow discord among the members of the homeland.

Which negatively affect the stability of society and deepen the factors of conflict between members of the society, but may turn to the impossibility of living together.
