Modern linguistics has been known for The emergence of transformative linguistic performed by the American linguist (Noam Chomsky); he established his new theory on synthetic basis, Transformational Generating into the Linguistic Lesson in Arab Culture thanks to the great opening of the Arab Sanskrit on linguistics outside the Arab countries.

The first method of education adopted was initiated by a group of researchers.

The aim was to bring the American linguistic closer to the Arab reader before taking a clear path with Abdul Qadir Fassi Fihri.

Al-Fassi was lucky in bringing the traditional Generative and transformative Linguistics to the Arab reader because of his efforts and his valuable suggestions in dealing with many of the issues of the Arabic language.

This paper is highlighting the trend of linguistics, in addition to raising the most prominent features of transformational obstetric linguistics in Morocco
