we shall endeavor in this paper to shed light on the most important historical stages and attempts towards revealing the various reasons or modalities by which the individual may decide to leave their jobs (their companies), in order to provide a chronological historical context that contributes to a more accurate definition of the variables relative to voluntary labor turnover.
