Algerian society suffers from the phenomenon of juvenile delinquency such as the rest of the world’s societies, as a result of the rapid social change that has taken place at different social, cultural, economic and political levels, resulting in a change in the values ladder, the emergence of new phenomena which were less widespread than now, and the decline in the role of socialization in the process of controlling the behavior of their members, all contributed to the spread of this phenomenon, both in terms of quantity represented in the increase in number, or in terms of quality through the diversity and seriousness of deviant behavior and criminal committed.
