This study discusses how to strengthen the competitive competitiveness of the higher education sector in Saudi Arabia.

The Kingdom's ranking in the Global Competitiveness Index has declined due to the low quality of higher education, which has the greatest impact on the national labor market, despite the increase in expenditure on higher education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Saudi Arabia.

Based on this, the study aims at determining the competitive advantage and how this concept can be applied to the higher education sector in Saudi Arabia in order to achieve the most important determinants that contribute to the sustainable competitive advantage of universities in Saudi Arabia.
