This study attempts to study the real evolution of the general budget in Algeria, determining the nature of the deficit / surplus on it , for the period (2000- 2017).
In addition to trying to test and predict the policy of financing deficit that resorted to Algeria as a measure of maintaining the expansionary fiscal policy adopted.
The study found that the budget deficit in Algeria is not only related to the economic cycle.
But it is more of a structural nature.
The study also found that , Algeria's funding policy deficit may have more costly effects economically / socially
