This research discusses "Legal Competency in Marriage Deeds" It is divided into an introduction and four chapters.

The introduction explains the denotational and connotational meanings of legal competency.

The first chapter studies the legibility of Islamic Jurisprudence (Fikih) on legal competency.

The second chapter deals with scholars' opinions about the conditions of legal competency.

The third chapter studies the main characteristics or merits of legal competency.

The fourth chapter deals with the outcomes of losing legal competency in a marriage deed.

Finally, the last chapter consists of the findings and the conclusion of the research.
