Abstract EN

Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds, and prayers and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad and his family and companions, In this research, I have studied the issue of exclaiming Takbeer when competing the Quran which is narrated from some of the scholar of reciting by explaining the meaning of Takbeer when completing the Quran, and referring to transferring it from the readings scholars, and its rule for the readers, and the extent of the validity of working with it, its formula and position, and authenticating all of this from the old readings sources, and the research dealt also with the opinion of the scholars at this issue, and viewed the evidences of acknowledgment and the Fatwas of permissibility for them, and discussed the fatwas of those who prevent Takbeer among them, and viewed also the evidences of preventing the Takbeer for the interlocutors and answering the Interlocutions that was mentioned about the Hadith of Takbeer.

Worthy of mention is that the issue of Takbeer when completing the Quran is from the sections that it is less dealt with between the public people, but between the specialists at the Sharia Sciences, and this topic is considered from the common topics between the readers, the interlocutors and the jurists, So, I preferred to deal with it at this research, and there is no doubt that dealing with an issue between more than on specialty is not an easy issue, with our conviction that this type of studies is showing up the Interdependence and integration between the Islamic sciences, due to the unified sources and evidences from which are the legal rules in general.

Although we don’t deny the interaction between the Islamic sciences in some issues, but its necessary to confess that there is a term for every art, and every science has its men, and that "at every time the scholar becomes a leader in an art to be delinquent in arts" 1 , the reader may not be interlocutor, and the narrator is not necessary to be a jurist, and the interlocutor may not be a reader , and so on.

The research aimed to explain that the Quranic readings and what is related to it from rules like Takbeer is depending in its validity on the Frequent transport, according to the origins and rules of readers, and that the readings and what is related to it from voice issues, and Performance sides have been transferred accurately and no doubt can touch it.
