This article deals with the stage of the development of the Maliki school of Kairouan, a phase of decline and stability, which extends from 555 Hijri to 981 Hijri.This decline began in the era of Almowahidin who worked to harass him by burning Maliki books by Jacob Mansour, and then the doctrine knew a stable era of the Hafsid state.
