Abstract EN

The aim of this study is to determine the impact of organizational culture on talent management in the organization, as organizational culture is one of the main determinants of institutions' success or failure.

The sustainability of institutions depends on the excellence of their human resources, especially those who are qualified.

The study concluded that organizational culture has a positive impact if it supports talent management processes in the institution and has a negative impact if a weak culture does not consider the talents of employees to be properly discovered, developed and maintained.
