The Municipalities of the great cities in the Kingdom set up future areas for the sake of constructionl growth in the time of expand cities over the normal increase of its people or migration in it .

Their purpose increase the lifc level or imitation townsmen.

This cities is suffering From coun Ergmen emigrants The expand of Saudi cities contributed in groweh constructional areas.

The aims of this study to be defined in explain the balance of constructionl areas with the areas which valuablc to growth the main Saudi cities from where to take into consdcration necessity for thesc arcas, and determine the geographical factors which contributes in this balance between (constructional areas, areas).

We may be reach to achieve this aims,wher we apply the mcthod of Quantiative analysis in some of variabes which affect on con-struetional growth and investigation its effects in fulure expansion for big cities.

Some of the results which was achieved that the rale of per capita from the country or “Constructional areas” increase from 383m in 1413H, to 434 m in 1425H.

in additional to the areas which prepare to be cities in the future is will be able to capacity with rate increasc on 50 years.

The Saudi cities become the overtop the citics in the constructional areas with the cities which similar to them in geographical positions, that reverse the abundance abundance of services which covered these places under the reduction of population density.
