Each geographical environment by matching crops that indirectly affect the quality of the food intake of the population in the world in general, and quantities of production and geographical distribution of these quantities.
The aim of this study was to reveal the relationship between climatic conditions and the quality of food in one population of the region by verifying the following hypotheses: 1 - that the climate impact of a large population in the selection of the quality of their food.
2 - that there is inversely proportional to the temperature and food consumption, increasing the appetite of individuals by low temperatures, and upside down.
To achieve the objectives of the research study had a beginning to change and offer the world's food, climate and type of food in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, was then applied to the study on Saudi Arabia to the different climate, the north, south, east, central and west drive, consider the types of food prevailing special local dishes that distinguish areas from each other has been reached to a number of results, and the most important of the study showed a variation of environmental conditions between north and south, east and west in summer and winter in terms of rising temperature and decrease, resulting in a diversity of crops, and the diversity of traditional food; The study also indicated the similarity of most regions of the Kingdom in some popular dishes with different denominations and Kalashehadp Hunaini and meat, is also involved Most of the regions of the Kingdom in some popular main dishes such as rice and Almrkoq and Pirate ...
And so on.
The study also showed affected areas of northern, eastern, western and southern parts of the Kingdom and neighboring countries, for example, affected by Cuisine eastern region of Saudi Boclat Gulf States and Cuisine of the Northern region Boclat Levant, as demonstrated reputation for cuisine southern region fat, ghee, honey, and most dishes Aldgapit and arabesque Almchgotp and also show that the element temperature plays a major role in the process of selecting the population for food.
