Abstract EN

This article clarifies a sample of Sheikh Mohammed Bay Belalem’s effects, who’s one of the Touat’s area scientists in the Algerian south.

Its work entitled (Zad Assalek Charh Ashal El Massalik) which is sections of Maliki Jurisprudence, this critical study that recognize the positive points and alert the negative ones, in order to improve the benefit of the Sheikh’s writings.

The author concluded that Sheikh excelled when he explains the systems, his intermediate explanations where between breach and boredom, he also translated the old legal terms by replacing them with their contemporary alternatives ones, and envisaged for the heresy of the heresies, However, the tradition dominated the work, and it was influenced by certain words of the Sufism by quoting weak hadith.

These remarks are not far from being honest and don’t mean that they have an effect on the rest of the Sheikh's jurisprudential heritage.
