This study, entitled "The impact of knowledge sharing on competency development", aims to highlight and analyze the relationship and degree of influence between knowledge sharing in its dimensions (organizational culture, supporting leadership, training, information technology and communication), and competency development, also the relationship and impact of each dimension on the development of competencies.

Where the field study was conducted in a national company: cement company of Beni-Saf "scibs" .

The study reached a number of results, the most important of which is the existence of a statistically significant impact of knowledge sharing in its dimensions on the development of competencies, but the degree of impact varies from one dimension to another.
