This research aims at determining prices of lands in amodiat z3wiat ghazal.

Damanhur, 2008 considered as a model of wadi el nie and nile delta lands, analyzing factors affecting prices of lands and the role of spatial relationships in pnces contrast the researcher used the historic method to study lands pnces changes, the basic method, the study factors affecting such prices and the subjective method to lustrate the stnking features of the agricultural basins and the / relationshp with lands prices.

the research depended on field work by dtstributing questionnaire forms on fanners in compliance with surface areas of lands of the six amod at basins and population percentage as well, the forms were 926 forms.
