Abstract EN

This study aims at finding a set of technological requirements for using in the field of metal surfaces machining by advanced laser beam cutting.

this will enable operators to develop the automatic application processes.

this has an extreme importance to solve some problems associated with surfaces cutting of objects formed with automatic spinning.

at the moment, advanced laser beam cutting is not carried out without operators help.

also, the except desired path scanning is usually operated manually by technician called "line of teaching or self- teach" to provide certain qualitative and quantitative values.

the line of teaching or self- teach simply means: manual machining by human interference.

this way is without the high control in the path which depends on human scanning of work piece cutting line is removed.

the study uses an experimental approach to prepare the technological requirements to help specialists in the field of metal surface machining aided with advanced cutting.

the major results are: manual machining by human interference wastes time in experimental trials, increases cutting errors and causes unequal distances between cutting units.

in addition to machine sensor may stop, drop or damage.

also, what causes the influence of previous machining processes on cutting directions because of different thickness and round object surface.

so, it is recommended to use sizing dies and conformity in case of quantitative production.

so, this make machine sensor not stop, drop or damage during work.

in addition to this the cost of automatic cutting is suitable and may decrease in the case of production increase quantitatively.

to avoid bur or appendages which result from self- teach cutting.

also we can operate many cutting tools among sub work stations only in automatic cutting.

the need to share with the least heat, avoid cutting metal distortion, vertical sharp cutting, edges with round and square angles, economize equipment machining and tools and avoid processes of fixing operated product except low thickness pieces and avoid mechanical energy of traditional machines which cause damage for work sensor or thin parts.
