Abstract EN

The Hesbah system is an important pillar of the administration of the Arab Islamic State because it has a positive economic, administrative and legal impact and therefore it is reflected in the state of the state and its security.Although the subject of Heisba was dealt with by tribal researchers where it was dealt with in different forms, but I have done this scientific work to uncover some of the important aspects in the history of the Levant.In order for the fair researcher to highlight such a subject and to show the proper appearance of it, he must touch a field full of difficulties and problems.The first of these problems: the length of time covered by the study, as the subject is (Hesba in the Levant), a period from the first century until the end of the sixth century AH is undoubtedly a long historical period of time.
