Apportionment of benefits is indeed a provisional agreement among partners on undivided share i.e.a kind of organizing the benefits to be got from the undivided real estate during undivided share.

It does not mean the end of undivision situation.

However, the legislator has legislated on changing apportionment of benefits into a final sharing in accordance with article 02/733 of the Civil Code which stipulates that if the apportionment of benefits lasts fifteen years, it becomes a final share unless the partners decide otherwise
