In order to achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher has constructed a measure of conscious control according to the model of the four factors of rupptham and its application to a sample of students of the University of Baghdad for study (2016-2017).
the researcher extracted the cytometric characteristics of the scale and then applied it to the basic research sample of (380) students according to the equation (Stephen Thompson) of different scientific and humanitarian disciplines.
the results showed that university students to it matters a good level of governance and perceived.
