The current research aims to identify 1.
The level of flexibility of the ego of students Alkkaddi father 2.
Building an orientation program using positive self-talk based on Meichenbaum (1974).
3 - Development of the ego flexibility of the students of the father.
By testing the following hypotheses: -There were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the rank of the control group members in the tribal and remote tests on the ego elasticity scale.
-There were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the rank of the experimental group members in the tribal and remote tests on the ego elasticity scale before applying the guidance method.
-There were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the levels of the scores of the experimental and control groups in the test on the elasticity of the ego after applying the method of talking to the self.
The researches based on students from the middle stage of the academic year (2017-2018) from the city of Baghdad.
The first Rusafa education.
The sample of the present research was 20 students from the Western Midwestern.
After applying the guidance method, The researcher made a number of recommendations and suggestions.
